The hotel is easy to find and close to places to eat, but what you see on Agoda isn't what you get. The listing photo shows a colorful building, while the real paint has no color. It's an old hotel. The parking area, which they also use as the entrance, is shown in the photo here.

A great place to stay on a low budget. I loved the Superior Twin Room, it was modern and nicely updated. The lobby is large and looks good, and there's loads of parking. Darvel Bay Shopping Complex is nearby, and restaurants are easy to find at night. The hotel has two blocks, and some rooms were still under construction, though rooms in the hotel were available. The staff were VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, and there's a security guard at night too. Thanks, GPH! I'll come back.

This felt like a haunted hotel. My friends were frightened by what they thought was a ghost. There was very long hair on the bathroom floor, and we heard people running until sunrise. A very bad hotel. Don't check in here. It's a ghost hotel.

The phone number they gave us reached the wrong people. We waited half an hour to check in, and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. There were lots of cockroaches in the lobby. The room smelled, and the bathroom walls were all yellowish from being so old.
