I booked a room for more than a week, but when I arrived to check in, there was no room available. They could at least have called to let me know the hotel was full. Please take responsibility. Even other budget hotels I’ve stayed at manage rooms and customers much better. A total waste of time and money. Don’t book this hotel, no matter how cheap it is.

It’s close to lots of convenience stores and an MRT station. For a small budget place, the room is okay. This is actually Sg Besi Hotel, and I guess a lot of people have felt cheated before. The night shift staff aren’t local, so don’t expect much hospitality.

It looks nice and is good value, but the facilities aren’t well maintained. The shower head leaks a little, the bathroom door won’t close properly, and there’s nowhere to hang clothes.

I booked online through Agoda, but when I arrived to check in, the very rude receptionist told me the hotel was full. What?

The bathroom has no clothes hanger, the shower head leaks, and the door won’t close properly. The facilities aren’t being maintained well.
