Kingston Hotel 10 at Bukit Jalil

The room wasn't luxurious, but it was comfortable, and the location was good. I didn't expect much from a three-star hotel, so I want to recognize the staff for their service, especially receptionist Mr Saim. The car park is narrow, and its lift to the lobby was under maintenance, so we had to carry our heavy luggage even though it was only a short distance. Parking costs RM5 for 24 hours. I'd rate the stay 6.8/10.

Nana and Nadia were especially friendly and attentive, and made me feel welcome. Service was top-notch, and the place was clean, comfortable, and well managed. I had an amazing stay.

Akasyah and Subaha were extremely friendly and provided great service. They changed my booking to the correct date at no extra charge, turning a stressful mistake into a positive experience. There's free parking nearby, and the rooms were clean, which are added advantages.

The checkout line was another mess. Around 11:00 AM, during peak hours, I was in a huge rush but had to wait 15 minutes just to drop off a key because there was only one person at the counter. Even cheap budget hotels manage better. I want my money back. Do better. Earlier, I arrived at 11:30 PM after booking online and was told to wait 15 minutes for confirmation. While I waited, other customers booked and got their keys right away. The queue management was unfair from the start. The room was dusty, and there was yellow water in the toilet bowl. A letter in the room mentioned it, but this should have been disclosed before booking. Disgusting and unhygienic. Parking felt like a scam: RM5 per entry for hotel guests, with tiny spaces and a very narrow ramp that had me afraid of scratching my car. The parking lot lift was broken, so we had to carry everything up the stairs to the lobby before taking another lift to the room. We forgot to validate the card before leaving and were charged RM23. The hotel refused to help or take responsibility. The front desk staff couldn't understand or speak basic Malay, and their attitude was annoying and unhelpful. I'm fluent in English, but why should I have to speak it to communicate with staff in Malaysia? I would give zero stars if I could. The whole experience was infuriating.
