Summer Bay Resort, Lang Tengah Island

The snorkeling trips were the highlight for us: Lang Tengah, Redang, and night snorkeling. We really appreciated the guides' care and enjoyed talking with them. The setting was quiet and not as commercialized as Redang Island, and staff could speak English, Chinese, and BM. We booked 3D2N and truly enjoyed the experience and service. The team made my birthday with my family feel special, including helping with our last-minute request for a simple cake on short notice. The boat transfer went smoothly, the rooms were clean, communication was clear, and the service was good throughout. Thank you to everyone who helped make the trip special for our family.

If you're interested in snorkeling but don't know how to swim, look for Wing and Wen Yi at the activities centre. They were patient and made sure I felt safe and comfortable, which made the experience more enjoyable and reassuring. Leon was welcoming too, and the staff were very friendly. This was my first visit to the one-stop booking centre at Summer Bay Lang Tengah Island Resort, and I'm impressed so far. Having some meals and activities included made everything convenient and easy to plan.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the beach was clean with a breathtaking view. Our room was spacious and neat, and the food tasted good. We stayed for four days and three nights, but unfortunately the blankets were infested with bed bugs 😞. I hope management does a thorough sanitizing before the next guests.

The island is amazing, and Summer Bay Resort's private beach was crystal clean. People were helpful from the time we booked through the end of the trip. The facilities were well cared for, service was great, and every meal had something different. It was a well considered package and an incredible experience. I'd highly recommend it.
