The location is good and the price is okay. There are three rooms, though the bedsheets were a bit dirty. There’s free internet, and the TV has lots of series to watch. With just one bathroom, it’s better suited to a small group.

We had a good stay for three nights, and none of the drawbacks we noticed were deal breakers. The property was clean, reasonably well equipped, with clean towels and bedsheets, cooking basics, and enough water stocked for our stay. A microwave would have been useful, and a few household fittings, like the health faucet, could be upgraded. With three bedrooms but only one bathroom, it may not suit a large group. The location is close to the main road, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Management responded quickly to questions and requests, though I didn’t meet anyone from management in person. Staff picked us up from the airport and took us to the property. They also arranged a reasonably priced island-hopping tour with pickup and drop-off. We were offered a ride around the island for a reasonable rate, but didn’t end up using it. Airport drop-off was hassle-free even for our first flight out of Langkawi.
