Breakfast was delicious, with local and western choices, and the yoga class in a beautiful space was a great addition. There’s also a small medicinal herb garden to walk through, and the spa has a nice, attractive treatment space. The lush greenery gave us a break from Langkawi’s heat, and the facilities were beautiful. Our spacious room had everything we needed and more, plus a lovely balcony view. Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The property is steep, but a car can give you a lift when needed. The climb or descent is quite pleasant anyway. Beaches and lots of nice restaurants are close, easy to reach on foot or by a quick Grab ride. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

Our rooms were immaculate, with housekeeping coming several times a day. We had free drinks, a handy kitchenette and a lovely balcony overlooking the Andaman Sea. The spa therapy room was excellent, and the vegan restaurant is worth trying. The hotel itself is stunning, with large rooms tucked into the rainforest canopy, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We were offered a tasty drink and a quick shoulder and neck massage. Staff were superb, shuttling us up and down and over to the sister resort for breakfast. There were lovely breakfast choices, and we had dinner there twice to catch the sunset. For our early checkout they kindly left a continental breakfast in the fridge. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed.

The yoga classes, food, and daily care in the room, with coffee, tea, soda and water, all looked after both body and soul. Everyone took good care of us from the moment we arrived. There’s a special energy here, and the accommodation sits in a lovely balance with the forest. Many thanks for the thoughtful attention on my 50th birthday.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay back in December. The rooms and service were beautiful and immaculate, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My words and photos won’t do it justice. Thanks to Ida, Haizal, Dannasie, Nizal, Abang Lee and Rasel. It was good to see some of the old guard there. Definitely a must for anyone considering staying here!

It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but the beach was only a 10-minute walk away, and town was a very cheap taxi ride or a 20-minute walk. The staff work so hard to make everything just right. Too many to name, but we miss you all already and can’t wait to see you again. Hope the cheeky monkeys, you know who you are, are still enjoying serving ‘just one more beer’ :) The food was lovely, and the rooms were large and comfortable. We stayed in the cheapest room and it was already amazing, though next time we’ll probably choose the slightly more expensive one because the rooms are so much bigger. Such a great place, with really friendly staff. Thanks for everything.
