The place felt unsafe, with only a glass door to the apartment. It was also poorly kept: the pillows and bed were dirty, and cleanliness overall was unacceptable. WiFi didn't work during our stay, and local network connections were unreliable too. We couldn't adjust the air conditioning temperature, caught a cold and eventually had to seek medical attention. During our five days, the apartment was cleaned only once. No one came to fix YouTube access on the TV, so we had no entertainment options. The bathroom soap and shampoo seemed watered down, and there were no cleaning supplies available. With the cleanliness, safety and basic amenities all falling short, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is in so-so condition, and the floor was sticky. It's not far from kuah town, though there aren't restaurants within walking distance. Parking is limited, and the pool is small and doesn't look like the picture. There's no lift. They offer car rental, but Astro on the TV wasn't working. The price seems reasonable for a family or group of friends.

We rented two suits, but I wouldn't choose this for a family with little kids. The photos are accurate, though the pool was overrun with algae. There's parking for only four cars, all visible in the background of the pool photo. The main floor at the back and the scattered stairs are very short and steep; with no elevator, hauling heavy luggage up the back stairs felt dangerous. It's an okay hotel, but needs some work.
