The evening movie by the pool was a fun touch and gave the place a cozy feel. The pool was inviting and well looked after, and guests can get a special discount on adventure activities at Langkawi Adventures & Fun. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. I had a spacious, comfortable Deluxe Room, though buckets and jugs are only provided in suites. Breakfast had a nice range, including good dosa and vegetarian options. Bella Vista Waterfront Hotel is a relaxing place by the water and, for a 3-star hotel, a solid choice for a laid-back stay.

We’d happily come back for more sunsets. From the room and pool, we could watch the sky turn fiery orange, with yachts bobbing offshore. The ocean views were hard to beat. There’s plenty of space, the Indian food was tasty, and the relaxed atmosphere suits families, couples, or friends. The rooms are a little old-fashioned, but they were spotless and comfortable enough. Great value for the location.

We spent our honeymoon here in a calm, quiet setting that was just right for unwinding. Mr. Ganesan, the hotel manager, was especially kind and accommodating. He let us check out a couple of hours late at no extra charge, which made leaving much less stressful. The service and thoughtful hospitality made for a lovely stay. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

The scenery around Bella Vista made for a peaceful, lovely backdrop throughout my stay. It was a surprisingly good value and suited a budget-conscious getaway, with relaxing surroundings and beautiful views. The staff were really friendly and the hotel is conveniently close to the ferry. But room 167 smelled strongly of mould. We couldn’t sleep, so we checked out the following day.
