The room was roomy and well kept, with a stunning view, and the location is superb. It's close to maha tower, with a marketplace and food options nearby. If you're visiting for the first time, check the food prices because many places list them per 100g. Liquor is available, and since Langkawi is duty-free, you can shop for gifts for friends and family. The roads are well disciplined and tourist-friendly.

One of the most neglected condos in Langkawi. It's very dirty, there's no housekeeping at all, and the building is run down. The swimming pool has been closed for a long time.

This was a very poor stay. The pool alone would put you off using it, and the open parking and access areas aren't properly lit at night. It's an old apartment building with many Homestay units, poor upkeep, and entry or exit can be troublesome.

Most things were fine, to be honest, but the lift could use some refurbishment. The pool and gym are always locked, and there isn't a proper lobby area.

The only good thing about this condo is that it's next to the hig group. For RM300+ a night in this condition, I'd look for another apartment. It just isn't worth it.
