M-Residence

Janet was a superb host and helped us with everything we needed. We only stayed two days, and I wish we’d booked more time. The villa was even nicer than the photos, with a well-kept private pool the kids loved, plus lovely views from the pool area and terrace. It’s in a quiet spot a little outside the main Pantai Cenang area, though having our own vehicle made that no problem. There’s parking for one car inside the villa. Inside, the furniture was new and comfortable. The 56” smart LED TV had Netflix, and AC in all three bedrooms and the living area was great in the heat. The bathrooms were clean and had toiletries, while the kitchen had what we needed to cook. There was also an automatic washing machine and dryer. The facilities were great, and the security was very high tech. I’d love to stay here again.

Marco was kind and friendly without being overbearing, and always quick to answer questions or offer advice. He also helped arrange a car rental at a good price. The villa itself is in a lovely, peaceful spot, though it’s only a few minutes’ drive from Cenang and its restaurants and bars. It’s central for getting around the island. We spent 30 nights here and would happily come back. The place looks almost like the photos, but even better. The pool was sparkling clean and well looked after. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and there are big ceiling fans throughout, so we didn’t need the air conditioning. The bedrooms are roomy, comfortable, and have plenty of storage and hangers. The showers were great too. We thought it was exceptional value and would highly recommend it.

The owner was very friendly, and there’s a mart nearby for shopping. The villa is between Chenang and the airport. We’ll definitely come back.
