I stayed two nights in a single-bed female dorm. It was clean and comfortable. The space is generous, though it still suits backpackers. The beach and restaurants are nearby.

Clean room, good bathroom, and the fan or air conditioning kept it cool. Cenang Beach is about a five-minute walk away, and you can get a taxi from the airport, which takes around 40 minutes. There are food stalls, a chocolate mall, and bicycle or motorbike rentals close to the dorm. If you're checking in at night, you can call ahead.

It wasn't clean at all. The owner was a man, which makes no sense for a women's place, and he went into the bathroom and other areas. He also spent the night talking loudly without caring that he was disturbing guests, so I couldn't sleep.

The owner and receptionist were friendly and kind. The dorms are superb, with excellent facilities for backpackers or simple travelers.
