We had a small insect problem, but after we told the staff, they were incredibly helpful and gave the room a full deep clean. We didn’t have any more bug issues after that. It’s a tropical island, so bugs are to be expected. The place is super nice and affordable, with friendly, kind, helpful staff. There’s filtered water and a pool table, and a really awesome restaurant close by where we ate every day. Warung Makteh is a nice restaurant too. Overall, a great affordable stay.
Everything was perfect for me, no complaints at all ❤❤❤ The room was very clean and had strong water pressure. Customer service was amazing too, especially the lady at the front desk, who was professional, friendly, and really sweet 🤩. I booked through Agoda for just SGD 32 per night, with a RM100 deposit that was fully refunded at checkout.
At these prices, I can’t really complain. The room is very affordable and the location is quiet, near Tanjung Rhu beach, a waterfall, and enough places to eat. I’d suggest having a scooter or car to get around from here.
It’s a relaxing, affordable place for a family trip, and the waterfall and beach are nearby, which makes it convenient to get around. The room is simple and comfy, but we didn’t have toilet utensils or a fridge to use. Some indoor activities for guests to play would be great. Recommended.
Having the whole property to ourselves during our stay was just what we needed. Life was good, at least until we checked out.
