Our booking was confirmed the day before we went to Langkawi. The next day it changed to pending because OYO said my card was invalid, though I've never had that happen before or since. The advertised room was very cheap, but when we arrived the price was actually three times higher. This seems to be an OYO team issue, not the hotel owner's, since they're not the same company. Something seems fishy with OYO, which advertises businesses that don't exist, like OYO Mutiara, or scam prices on Google Maps and booking sites. If your payment has gone through, good luck getting a refund. OYO customer service told us to contact the booking site, even though OYO was advertising the scam listings. One star because I can't give zero.

I liked the view and the room's colorful decor, which looked clean. The room was nice and spacious, and there was plenty of space for parking too.

The view was nice.

The house and toilet were clean, and the pillows were soft. Water pressure was strong thanks to a pump, and there was Astro NJOI.
