There wasn't a hotel sign or name board, so it took me more than 30 minutes to find the place. The listing said wifi was available, but there was no wifi. The owner didn't apologize for the inaccurate description and was arrogant and rude. I asked to cancel, then went out for dinner. When I got back, the owner had remotely changed the room access code while my luggage was still inside, without telling me. He refused to give me the pin, came in person, and told me to check out immediately at 10 30 pm. I had to find a room late at night, and it was horrible. As a tourist, I chose not to file a complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

The owner was far too strict. We called, and he got angry because two adults and two children under 12 were sitting together and we didn't want to buy a mattress. We paid for five-hour Langkawi time, but he treated us like we hadn't paid. The water was very slow, so it didn't feel worth the money. He told me to read the policy carefully, but it says children under 12 are free. Why get angry about that? I won't stay here again. There's no reception, the place is hard to find, and the water pressure is very low. Not worth the money.

The accommodation was okay. The issue is that if you're a foreigner using a foreign SIM card, it's hard to contact the landlord.
