The place felt safe and secure, since only guests had access cards to enter the hostel. The staff were warm and helpful, and it was close to the beach, restaurants, and a laundry shop. The lounge was huge and fun, with lots of outlets, cards, board games, and family games. My family especially enjoyed cashless monopoly and pirate in the barrel. I lost my tablet there. I tracked it with my google account and am sure I left it at the hostel, but sadly the staff couldn't find it. I stayed at the Ironman Hostel level 1. If anyone finds it, please contact me.

Sophia at reception was especially friendly and helped me with a big problem without me even having to ask. The hotel was great too: the bed was comfy, the living room was big, and both the bathroom and kitchen were clean. I'd go back!

The place was brand new and very clean, with five star customer service. Everything else was satisfactory, but there were too few plug points for charging a laptop and phone.

When I called the number listed on Agoda, the woman said the place had been closed for two years and that Agoda had been informed. I'm still waiting for Agoda to refund me.
