The rooms were exceptionally spacious. My Deluxe Ocean View King felt more like a suite than similar room categories at other hotels. My son loved the kids’ pool, beach, and kids’ club, and the children’s facilities and activities were excellent. Breakfast had an impressive selection, especially the Teh Tarik and Kopi Kampung. The location also worked well, close to Cenang’s attractions but far enough from the crowds for a more relaxing stay. There were some drawbacks during our visit over the peak school holiday period, 29-31 May 2026. As a GHA Titanium member, I understand high occupancy may have limited the usual benefits. I was told the hotel was fully booked, so I didn’t get a double room upgrade. I also arrived around 4:30 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until about 6:00 PM, so I missed early check-in. These missed benefits and the delay kept the stay from feeling like a full five-star experience. I hope the hotel does a better job recognizing loyal members and getting rooms ready during busy periods. Even so, I’d still consider it a very nice hotel.

The staff worked hard to be helpful, especially the front desk team, who made sure we were happy. We had an issue with the room at first, but they fixed it and kept checking that everything was okay. The sea views from our room were fantastic, and the beach access was great. Breakfast had a decent variety and was great. The gym was large, well air-conditioned, and had a good range of equipment. I also really liked the upstairs adults’ pool and its sea views. Thanks again to the front desk for making the stay great.

We’ve never been this happy visiting a hotel or eating at its different restaurants. The staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful, and the food is freshly prepared, tastes great, and comes in enough variety to suit different tastes. Ruby, a young woman on the team, treated us especially well and helped with all our questions. Thank you.

I spent four days and three nights in a Premier Ocean View Room. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and very well maintained, with a stunning ocean view that was one of the highlights of my trip. Waking up to it made the visit more memorable. The hotel is elegant and well-kept, the facilities were in great condition and met my expectations for a five-star property, and the location made it easy to explore the area. My stay was extremely comfortable. The check-in team were professional and friendly, and the receptionist made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. One small thing could be smoother: welcome drinks and wet towels were handed out at the reception counter, where there were no seats. Guests had to stand while registering and drinking, which felt a bit rushed and less comfortable. The drink was also left on the counter without much explanation, so I wasn’t sure what to do for a moment. A more personal presentation or a place to sit could make arrival feel more refined. Apart from that, I really enjoyed the stay. Thanks to the whole team for making it pleasant and memorable. I’d be glad to return.

The sunsets here are amazing, and I’ll definitely come back one day. It’s in a quiet area, and everything was super clean. Everyone was incredibly friendly and supportive. The Ocean View Bar is well worth a visit, and a special shoutout to my favorite waitress, you’re the best 🩵 :)
