We were delighted with our eight days at the resort. On arrival, check-in was quick and easy, and we were welcomed with a massage after the journey and refreshments in the villa. The care given to guests, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness were all at a very high level. Fresh fruit and an afternoon treat were brought to us every day. The breakfast buffet and dishes from the menu were delicious. The beach, the privacy of the villa, and the kindness of the people, along with so much more, are hard to put into words. Daily service, great communication with reception, and the staff’s professionalism made a big impression on us. Thank you to the whole team and to each person who made our Langkawi holiday a dream.
