The staff were amazing and really caring. They upgraded us and gave us a discount. The original family room was awful and dirty, like it had been abandoned and taken over by creatures. The room we ended up in was clean and large, with a comfortable bed and AC that worked great. I’d recommend it just for the staff.

The price is fairly normal, and still negotiable. I stayed one night and found it cool and quiet, with polite, friendly hosts. The rooms are good, well ventilated, and easy to access with a wheelchair. It seems suitable for families with kids and for longer stays.

It’s a good value for the location, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, duty free shops, and the beach. The staff were welcoming and offered an early check-in. My room was clean, with air conditioning and hot water, and there were towels and bar soap. The internet gets a bit unstable when it rains, so if you need Zoom calls, I’d use a mobile phone hotspot. A nice place for solo travelers or couples.

The host was very friendly, and it’s a comfortable house with air conditioning in the rooms, a water heater, fridge, and iron. There are three toilets. The TV looked old, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t say much about it. One room has two double-decker beds and a queen bed, enough for 6-7 people. It’s a long walk to Pantai Chenang, but the house is in front of Underwaterworld, with food trucks less than 100m away.
