Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang

We booked the poolside Valentine's meal and had a fantastic evening. All six courses were incredible, the wines matched each one beautifully, and the service and attention to detail were spot on. The hotel itself has been lovely so far. Our room is great, with a view overlooking the pool, and the staff are attentive and greet us with warm smiles every day. They're a real credit to Mecure. Breakfast is outstanding, with something for everyone and every nationality. The gym is smaller than I'm used to, but it works well for a full body workout. It's also very close to the beach and in a great location. We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We found Mercure Langkawi clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing feel. The staff were friendly, always ready to help and quick with a smile. Its location made exploring the island easy, with attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. Our trip felt smooth and stress-free, and we had a great stay. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi and would love to return.

After a really bad stay somewhere else, Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang was a huge relief. It saved our vacation and went beyond what we expected. The atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful, and the rooms were comfortable, with excellent beds. We felt safe and genuinely cared for throughout the stay. The staff were kind, professional and always willing to help. Everything was clean, modern and well maintained. The location is close to the beach, shops and restaurants while still feeling quiet. One of the best hotel experiences we've had. We'd stay again without hesitation and especially recommend it for families.

We spent one night here after returning from Koh lipe, before flying out the next day. The staff were friendly, and the location worked well: Warisan duty free shop and Oriental duty free shop are nearby, and the beach is a short walk across the road. The breakfast was so-so for me. Most dishes were Malaysian style and a bit spicy first thing in the morning. I'd expected more of an international buffet. Our air conditioning in Room 008 and my son's Room 010 wasn't cold, and I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. My son also complained of a foul smell in his room. We reported it early, but they only used air freshener, and the smell came back after an hour or two. I hope management looks into these issues seriously.
