For me, the main plus was the price, and the mangrove forest view was quite nice. I booked a fan unit on purpose, so there was no air conditioning. The unit itself was relatively clean and huge, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. I booked one room, but stayed alone for five days and four nights, leaving early after initially booking seven days and six nights. I was on level 11, the second highest floor, and the unit seemed to have been empty for a while. The balcony had bird droppings, sand, dust and moss, and after two nights I had some flea bites. I think it was the bedding. Thank god they weren't bedbugs, that would've been a nightmare. Only one lift worked, but the building wasn't too crowded, so I usually didn't wait long. Cleanliness around the building could be better: there was rubbish on the lift floor and at the P1 parking lot. The garbage collection point in the basement was dirty, with puddles and rubbish on the floor, and getting there felt creepy. Broken furniture and appliances were piled on the left side of the basement. Old, dirty mattresses had been left unattended in front of the basement lift, right as the doors opened. Twice, I came back to find the unit lights switched off and furniture moved while I was out. I had kept both the main entrance and my room locked. When I asked the front desk staff if a housekeeper or management staff had gone in, he denied anyone had entered. There were no other guests in the other rooms. He then suggested an air-conditioning technician might have come to check the system, but that sounded like an excuse to me. Nobody came while I was in the unit, only when I was out. 👻

I tried the place that's supposed to be spooky, but it wasn't scary at all, and everything seemed fine. The bedroom was nice for the price and felt worth it. You can park near management.

The place looked like a haunted home. There was a smell when we went inside, and the toilets had no bidet hose. We checked out immediately. Horrible place.

I really wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was creepy and silent, and parking felt unsafe since there was no guard and you park at your own risk. People from outside kept coming and going, which didn't feel safe at all. We were on the second floor in Room 618, and nobody else was in our row, just my family. It felt more like a house than a hotel, with three rooms. We took two, but after 30 minutes the family decided to check out. We were scared and felt unsafe, and safety mattered more to us than the money.
