It's a quiet, clean apartment, and I recommend this studio. It comes with a kitchen, a sea-facing balcony and a swimming pool. Thanks to the lady, Ong, who was very kind to deal with. I'd advise dealing with her.

We rented the whole 3-bedroom apartment on Level 3A for 2d1n. The place felt haunted and ghosted!! All four of us, my hubby, me and the twins, got so scared and covered in goosebumps that we ended up sleeping close together in the hall.

Mr Kirby was really welcoming and helped us a lot, and the receptionists were very friendly. The unit was awesome, clean, well maintained and had all the facilities we needed. The swimming pool was kept up well too. Good for families with children. Highly recommend it.

The apartment looked eerie from far 🤣, and it was on the 10th floor. Luckily it was the weekend, so there were other tenants around. Inside, the 3 bedrooms were large and each had an air conditioner. The master bedroom bathroom was spacious and clean, and the kitchen had basic appliances. There was also a TV and sofas in the hall. Recommended for a family stay.

The view was okay and the shops were quite close, so it could work for a short visit. We checked in around 9pm and thought the condo seemed fine at first, but the parking area felt creepy once we got there. Our studio apartment was on the 13th floor. When we opened a drawer, it smelled like old furniture, and the hot shower was broken and wouldn't turn on at all 😅.
