Pandan Goldcoast Holiday Villa

The rooms were spacious and clean, and reception told us the resort has eight rooms, making it suitable for family gatherings. We enjoyed the meals at the on-site restaurant, and the service was good. Our family had a lovely getaway at Pandan GoldCoast Holiday, with beautiful sea views from the moment we arrived. We'd recommend it to families and friends looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

The beach out front is really nice, and our room was decent and clean with a good bed. But the place feels run down and isn't very attractive, and the comfort level doesn't match the high price. We had no shower water in the evening, though it was working again in the morning. At half the price, it might have been acceptable.

We spent two days and one night there as a family, but there wasn't anything for us to enjoy, and they cleaned the swimming pool on the day we arrived. The staff were rude and impolite. I won't go back, and I wouldn't tell people to spend their time or money here when there are so many other choices. The management should reorganize the villa and hire professional staff.

We loved the semi-rustic, family-run feel, with the little fishing boats adding to it. It's a fantastic place for a weekend away from the crowds, though it isn't a hotel. Thanks to MC and the staff for being so accommodating, especially with dinner and everything else. We'll be back.
