The location is handy: CIMB is a two-minute walk away, where you can catch the M100 bus toward Jonker Walk. There’s a water dispenser, so you don’t need to buy bottled water, and the room had a window. It was clean and the air-conditioning was cold. They also didn’t ask for a deposit when I paid by credit card. The downside is the price, RM6 more than the hotel next door, which has a lift. If this place has no lift, I’d expect it to cost less. I’ve stayed next door before. There’s a vegetarian restaurant opposite, but not many kopitiam nearby, and I could hear some motorcycles.

Just one night. The room was small but clean and decent for the price, and there are a few places to eat nearby.

Good value, and there was a hair dryer in the room. The soundproofing is really weak, though. You can hear other rooms’ doors opening and closing and people chatting clearly. Pretty disturbing, especially after midnight.

My room had a queen bed for one and a window. It was clean and nice, and the day I stayed was fairly peaceful, though you can hear everything through the walls. The soundproofing needs work. I’d recommend it for a solo stay or a couple.

The bathroom water line had problems, and the AC wasn’t cooling properly. The receptionist also seemed very angry and didn’t behave well. This is a one-star hotel.
