Amt Budget Hotel

I paid for a room and ended up sleeping in my car. The Agoda listing said the hotel was open 24 hours, but when I came back from work that night, the main entrance was locked, nobody was there, and repeated calls to the only number provided went unanswered. Earlier, the room we were given had no bathroom door. There was no replacement room, so staff brought one from storage, and my wife had to install it herself. When I raised the issue, they acted surprised, even though the room clearly hadn't been checked properly. The location was also misleading. The Google Maps pin didn't show where the hotel actually was, which caused extra stress. I had tried to cancel after reading so many bad reviews, but couldn't, and unfortunately those reviews proved accurate. The next morning, the owner said guests should get two keys, one for the entrance and one for the room. We had only been given one. There was no apology, compensation, or accountability. The management and guest support were appalling, and I felt there was no respect for guests at all. Save your money and stress, don't book here.
