For a budget hotel, the parking, service, and room all get full marks from me. The boss was very nice, helpful, and caring. I checked in at 2 a.m., and he waited for us in a good mood. He even kept an eye on our safety while we were outside the hotel. He didn't charge extra for a late checkout. Very considerate.

If I could, I'd give this zero stars. This was our second stay, and we got bitten by bed mites again, all over our bodies. We had to rush to a pharmacy for suitable cream for the swollen, extremely itchy bites. They only changed the sheets and sprayed lots of mosquito killer on the mattress. Imagine sleeping on a mattress covered in that insecticide if you stay in this family room next time. Celcom and Redone users also get poor mobile network reception.

The room was okay for space and the WiFi worked well, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold.

The WiFi was really slow, and I was a little disappointed to find the toilet bowl full of tissues and cigarette butts when I checked in.

For a budget hotel, it's okay, and the environment is cozy.
