For what it costs, I don't have much to complain about, though the hotel itself is pretty average. The building is low rise, but there still isn't a lift. Rooms don't come with a fridge or hair dryer either. Mine was small, though clean enough, and there was a safety box. Parking on site was easy to find since it wasn't crowded with cars.

The room was smaller than I expected, and there was noise from the plumbing, air conditioning, and corridor. Still, the toilet and room were clean. It's a decent place to spend just one night in Malacca, and I would recommend it for couples.

The rooms I booked for my family had a lovely interior and a very large window. The staff member was friendly and helpful. She'll probably have plenty of suggestions for places to eat and visit in the future.

I forgot my jacket at the hotel on 17 Dec 2019. When I called, the receptionist said it had been found, but they wouldn't deliver it and told me to pick it up myself. They promised to keep it until I came. I returned on 31 jan 2020, but they couldn't find it, and the cleaner now denied finding the jacket.
