I checked in at Zamburger Hotel Malacca on 28 Dec 2023. The room suited the deal I got, and the staff were friendly, but the place could improve. There was no soap or shampoo, maybe housekeeping hadn't refilled them, and I really needed them because I hadn't brought any. Bring your own hairdryer and shower cap, and don't forget drinks either. Nothing was provided, unlike at other hotels of the same level. The Wi-Fi was switched off after 3 am. Tenkiu. First and last visit!

It was cheap, comfortable, and most importantly, very clean. The staff all gave very good service. My husband and I were very satisfied, and we'll recommend it to family, friends, and others.

The hotel was in bad condition and there was no housekeeping. The receptionist was rude, played on the phone while working, and never apologized. They need training in how to deal with customers. No wonder the hotel gets bad reviews. Well done!

The standard room felt a little small compared with other hotels, and its window was tiny. You could also hear people talking and walking in the corridor. The hotel is new and neat, and everything else seemed nice, but it was okay overall and didn't feel like very good value for money.

Getting to places like Mahkota Parade shopping centre, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, and Melaka Menara Taming Sari (Taming Sari Tower) was convenient from this well located hotel. My room was tidy and clean, and the hotel provided tea, coffee, and a toothbrush. The shower water flowed very slowly, though. Staff were friendly.
