The place looks really rundown. The towel smelled awful, the bed was lopsided, and there was no hot shower. And what a great alarm? Please service or replace the air conditioning unit.

The bedsheet was stained and the room wasn't clean. What bothered me most was how the receptionist treated us. We arrived at 2:30pm, while check-in was generally at 3pm. Other hotels often let you in early if the room is ready, but here the check-in was carried out exactly at 3pm. At least smile at customers, even when you're busy. You're in the service line.

I regret booking this hotel. The room didn't look anything like the website photos, and it was dusty and smelled unpleasant. The air conditioning didn't work and wasn't cold at all. Parking was a big hassle too. Definitely not worth the money.

The bedsheets were badly stained. I asked them to change them, but the replacements were still stained. All their bedsheets were in bad shape.

The power tripped twice in a single night. When I reported it, they told me that was “normal.” Totally unacceptable. This hotel is terrible.
