The first problem was getting help. The front desk wouldn’t answer, and there was no staff member I could reach, so I had to walk across to the other side to find someone. That says a lot about the management and the lack of basic guest support. The room itself was appallingly dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was hair on the bed and the hygiene was shocking. Charging guests for a room that hasn’t been cleaned or properly sanitized feels deceptive, and falls short of basic hospitality standards. It ruined my stay and left me seriously concerned about health and safety. I’m deeply disappointed with the housekeeping and management. I’ll never stay here again, and I intend to report this to the booking platforms and consumer authorities. I expect an explanation and a resolution.

I appreciated being allowed to leave our bags after checkout so we could have lunch and shop for souvenirs. The rest of the stay was disappointing. We’d booked a twin room but got two single beds, the towels smelled bad, one blanket was worn, and the soap provided wasn’t very effective, so bring your own toiletries. When we arrived, the front door was locked and reception was empty. We didn’t get a message until around 10am. There was also a water shortage while pipes were being repaired, and our room was noisy enough that we chose to go explore the area instead.
