The owner was warm and attentive, and the rooms were cozy. We found the place clean, spacious, and well cared for, with a pool and other facilities that went beyond what I expected. It’s close to Melaka’s main attractions, too. A comfortable, affordable option for families, and I’d recommend it.

The breeze coming in from the lake was my favorite part. The design seems to catch it, so there was a cool airflow the whole time and the place felt peaceful, almost like a beach resort. The pool was clear, and there were tables and chairs for a BBQ. I stayed for three days and two nights. The homestay is in Melaka Tengah, close to the attractions, but it stayed surprisingly quiet despite being in town. The lake seems to keep the road noise away. My room had two queen beds and plenty of space. It was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bed was just right for me. Wi-Fi was fast, the shower had hot water, and the air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. For the price, it felt like a really good deal. Kudos to the owner.

The shower leaked, and the walls did little to block sound, so we could clearly hear people talking next door. Water was also cut off overnight until the next morning. Pool water got brown and cloudy while children were playing, so it had to be changed completely, leaving all the rooms without water. The floor on the way to our room was wet from the pool.

Really satisfied with the service. It was comfortable, clean, and had loads of room for a family gathering or a big group event.
