Siti Hawa was especially attentive and helped sort out the issue we had with Agoda. The staff were friendly, responsible, and ready to help. The hotel itself was clean and smelled nice, with a comfortable bed and a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. Definitely recommend it.

Such good value, and I’d happily stay here again. For a budget hotel, it felt surprisingly comfortable and cozy, with a calm atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything was spotless and well cared for. This was my first budget stay that didn’t feel like one. I’m seriously impressed, and would recommend it to anyone after an affordable stay in Melaka. 👏🛏️✨

They give you 10% off at Eggxtra next door if you show your room card. We had breakfast there, and the food was yummy. The communal seating areas were nice, and reception smelled great. There’s an iron to use on the second floor too. Our room, 204, was spotless and had comfy beds. The staff were friendly, the location made it easy to walk around, and it was quiet with no street noise.

There are plenty of places to eat along the street, which makes evening walks for meals and snacks really convenient. Thanks to Mr Chan, my partner agent, for recommending it. The hotel was clean, decent, and within my budget. A lift would’ve been nice, but thankfully my room was only on level 2. HAHAH!!

I stayed a little over a week in the boss suite. There’s lots of good food nearby, and the city centre isn’t far. The room was spacious enough and very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin, though with the AC on I couldn’t really hear the neighbours. The nightly price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the hotel and its employees.
