The room was large and the lighting color was nice. I was disappointed with some of the architectural design, though. Each room has a window, but it can't be opened for natural ventilation. Fresh air should be able to come into the rooms, with people able to control it for good living conditions.

Our twin room was clean, bright, and very spacious. We booked online through Trip.com for 27-28Dec and got a room on level 7, one below the top level, 8. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the counter staff were very friendly. The shower area isn't enclosed, though, and the shower hose is too short, so the whole bathroom floor can get wet. Since the hotel is right on the main road, you can hear the occasional motorbike roaring in the middle of the night.

Check the bedsheets for blood stains, because the manager may blame you for them. She also tried to charge me 50 ringgit over a simple towel stain. The manager, Rucy, was rude and sarcastic toward us. This was my worst stay at this hotel, and I won't go back.

The hotel was clean, well located, and had friendly staff. Some parking spaces are available around the hotel. Just be careful with the lift doors, they close very quickly and could squeeze someone. Also, requesting an extra pillow or towel will cost you.

For an affordable price, this is an average hotel that suits a small family. The town area nearby has mostly busy traffic, and checking in took half an hour.
