Grand Far East Hotel

I’m upset that my room was changed without being told or asked. I’d paid for the larger first room, but the employee switched it after learning I was alone. The hotel’s location is very good, though, and it’s clean and easy to get around from there, so I’m giving it four stars. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. I’ll come back, hoping they won’t change the room I book.

For a two-star hotel, it was surprisingly clean and good. The woman at reception was especially kind and helpful, and the cleaning staff greeted me whenever I passed them.

Clean and well kept, with helpful service at the front desk. The weekend price was reasonable too.

I had a really bad experience with staff member siti Aishah, who wasn’t cooperative at all. The Indian lady receptionist also gave me an unpleasant welcome.
