I couldn’t get any rest because workers renovating next door were so loud that I could still hear them with earbuds in. I asked to move rooms and wasn’t given another one. I wanted the room fee refunded, along with the RM 40 early check-in charge, but they refused and said the shop next door was being renovated, not their hotel, so they weren’t responsible. I arrived at 6:30 am and was charged the extra RM 40. Awful hotel and the worst day.

Azhari Bani was a great help whenever we had a problem with the room, and always gave us options. When my sibling left a wallet behind, he volunteered to mail it to us. Thanks a lot, Azhari, for such good service. I hope management gives him a good reward. We stayed in room 128 on 8-9 February. The place and its service were fantastic.

There are lots of kedai makan nearby, and Seri Alam township is just a 4 minute drive away. The vibe feels very 1970s, and it isn’t suitable for people with disabilities or elderly guests. Still, it’s enough if you just need a place to sleep. You get what you pay for.

The card only worked for one day even though I’d booked two, so I had to keep informing them again and again. The room was filthy, with bed bugs. The towels were dirty and smelled. Room: 0/10. Service: 2/10.

The heater was out, there was no lock on the toilet, and I didn’t feel comfortable. The room looked so messy that both my fiancé and I were disappointed. I know it’s a budget hotel and I’ve stayed in lots of them, but I really can’t recommend this one. Seriously, I think they should charge RM 30.00 a night.
