There were lizards, ants and other insects around, and you could hear people walking and slamming doors all night. The pool was like a fish pond. Service was poor too: staff seemed untrained and unfriendly, the Wi-Fi was unavailable due to a technical issue, and there was no hair dryer, shampoo or other toiletries, towel, or water. The room and furniture were old and worn. The door was broken, a bed light was hanging, the toilet floor had mold, and the table had lots of unidentified insects. The sheets smelled, the pillows were stained, the lighting was poor, and the air conditioning was noisy. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. It should be shut down.

The housekeeper was kind and helped retrieve the kids’ clothes and toys we’d forgotten in the bathroom after checkout. The room and amenities were okay, and the rate included breakfast. There wasn’t much choice of food, but it was adequate. There are swimming pools too.

The sheets and room smelled, and the lift wasn’t working. The pool wasn’t available either. The room and facilities all seemed poorly maintained. Avoid staying here, you’ll regret it. If the place isn’t ready to serve visitors, it should close.

We checked in on 02-03 February 2024. The Wi-Fi showed a strong signal but had no internet, the lift wasn’t operating, and the pool was closed. There was no refrigerator in the room either. It felt like a hotel on its last legs, nothing like we expected from the pictures. Bad vibe and a bad stay. Wouldn’t recommend it.
