The staff need improvement, especially the pool staff, and the cleaners do too. My room, the toilet, and the elevator were all so dirty. The air conditioning didn't work properly. Don't go to this hotel. Choose somewhere else that actually treats its customers better.

The service was terrible and very poor. Don't stay here if you don't want your family holiday mood spoiled. I can't recommend this place.

For a first visit, the apartment was okay, clean, and didn't smell. Everything else was fine. The one bad part was the pool lady staff member. I was a new guest asking around, and she was rude.

Why does the pool ruler have such an attitude? There's no need to treat us that way just because we wore clothes that weren't allowed. Definitely not coming back, lol. Not recommended!

A really bad experience, especially for my kids. They just wanted to swim, but they weren't allowed because of their swimming attire. My family and I won't come back. The staff were not polite at all, I'd rate them 1 out of 10.
