The apartment was in a terrible state, with dirt, rubbish, and the owner's belongings everywhere. The kitchen cupboards were locked, the windows had black garbage bags over them, and the landline kept ringing about unpaid bills. On top of that, the internet went out and the manager wouldn't fix it, even though Wi-Fi was listed. When I first got there, my booked unit wasn't ready and I was put in a different one temporarily. It was so inconvenient that I had to leave before my stay was over. Very disappointing. Avoid this place.

The location is what I love, and the facilities are quite nice. There are eateries, pharmacies, banks, lounges, and a bakery nearby, and the place has everything we need. But the hygiene really needs work. The bathroom ceiling is broken and looks shady, and wires are hanging out of the water heater's main unit. I wrapped them in a plastic bag because I was worried about getting electrocuted. I even bought Clorox Multipurpose Cleaner to clean the place, though I hardly use clorox except for stubborn stains. I do like staying here, but they need to upgrade their hygiene.

The check-in and check-out setup was very good. Reception is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and service is available 24 hours on request. We enjoyed our stay. The place itself was clean and tidy, with all the facilities available. KFC, Mami Sambal, Hungry Dragon Food Court, and Regiustea Coffee shop are all within 50 meters. Hope you enjoy it too.

The building feels run down, and the bedrooms were so dusty that we kept coughing and sneezing all night.

A simple but complete unit. If you're after a budget place in the town centre and want a whole unit instead of a room, this could suit you.
