The building looks nice, and the staff were polite. Check-in was easy, and there’s good food not far away. But the room was awful. It smelled bad, and the closet shelves and TV were covered in dust, like they hadn’t been cleaned for months. The bidet kept leaking and left a puddle on the bathroom floor, and parts of the walls needed repair. The internet was terrible, and the TV only had over-the-air channels, no cable. It’s also in a really noisy area. My wife said it looked like the kind of place a man would bring his "chicken," and she didn’t want to spend even one night there. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s a decent place, but the water pressure is weak, the heater sometimes doesn’t get it hot enough, and the sink can clog. Water also keeps coming through the pipe.

The room was clean enough to satisfy Miri Council, and the toilet was clean too. The manager was hospitable. They should add soap and paper towels. Good job.

The manager, a Malay guy, was very rude and impolite. The toilet smelled really bad. The internet was fast sometimes, but at other times I couldn’t connect. The air conditioner also kept switching off and on by itself. Don’t stay here again, especially with that awful toilet smell.

A roomy, cheap place, just Rm50 and 60 a day since 2021. The location is really convenient for getting around everywhere. 👍👍👍
