The room was clean, but the lights were very dim and some didn't work. I was disappointed with the front office too. The staff member who answered my call was quite rude, and during the stay the staff rarely smiled and seemed unhappy to help. It left the place feeling cold and unwelcoming, and spoiled what should've been an enjoyable trip. 🥲

I've stayed here more than 10 times. It's very clean, close to the airport and not far from bandar MIRI. The room size and price are both okay, and after 10 stays you become a member and get discounts next time.

The rooms are clean, with lots of electrical sockets, and the toilet and bathroom are great for the budget price. There's also free transport to Miri Airport, but you need to tell the receptionist what schedule you want. The hotel is often fully booked, so contact them or book ahead. Parking can be hard to find around lunch. Nearby are E-Mark Supermarket, KFC, and lots of halal and non-halal food courts.

The rooms are very small, but the toilet is good and the staff provide good service. There are plenty of food choices around, plus emart supermarket and a couple of coin laundries nearby. It's close to the airport, with a Grab ride costing only rm5-6. A good option for a budget hotel.

Restaurants, fast food and a supermarket are all close by, so getting a meal or essentials is easy. The hotel is a bit far from central Miri, but that wasn't an issue for me. Executive rooms are cheap, and third-party booking can cost less. You could also try walking in, as they may still have a room even during holidays. I'd recommend staying here.
