Gulam was very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. It had everything I needed, including an iron, hairdryer, mini fridge, and water dispenser. There's plenty of parking and lots of restaurants in the area, and KLIA is a 15 minute drive away.

The bed linens were clean, but the room clearly hadn't had proper housekeeping, with noticeable dust covering several areas. Noise was another major problem. Other guests in neighboring rooms were extremely loud, and I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for most of the night. Check-in was inefficient and poorly handled. I was especially disappointed when staff asked for extra fees that seemed unjustified, as though they were trying to squeeze more money out of me. That felt highly unprofessional. Given the poor service, noise, and cleanliness, I can't recommend staying here.

I find it really convenient to stay here when I have work or late transfers at the airport. KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 are both a short distance away. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ali for making check-in smooth and providing great service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient place near KLIA.

The room, bed sheets, pillows and pillowcases, duvet, and toilet were all clean. Thumbs up for that. The hand shower in ROOM 105 needs fixing. Water leaked badly from three sides and left the whole toilet wet. At the front desk, please greet guests with a smile and make them feel welcome. Keep an eye on people coming and going instead of singing or focusing on personal interests during work, especially when guests are walking past the desk.
