The facilities were in very poor shape, well below what I expected. Some looked damaged, old, or badly maintained, and that took away from my comfort during the stay. I hope management takes the complaint seriously and offers a reasonable explanation or suitable compensation.

Everything was dirty. Easily the worst hotel ever!

The shower was broken, and the whole place was filthy. The stairs smelled bad, and the floors, toilet, and bed were dirty. I didn't even want to set my luggage down. There were shoe prints everywhere, and it looked to me like the room hadn't been cleaned since COVID. -10⭐

Rats and cockroaches, and the place felt extremely unhygienic. There was mold all over the ceiling, while the bedsheets and pillowcases had stains everywhere and most probably hadn't been cleaned. The location is the one good thing, but it's nowhere near worth it. Just disgusting.

The bed, bathroom, and walls all looked dirty, and there weren't any towels. We booked for three days and two nights but left the next day. I didn't feel safe sleeping there.
