The bed was okay, and the room had a TV, air conditioning, and an elevator. But the hotel wasn’t clean, there was hair in the shower drain, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I can’t complain too much since I paid RM23 😆

I arrived at around 5:30 and was told the receptionist had already asked Agoda to switch and cancel my booking. I hadn’t received any email about it. How could they change or cancel my booking without my permission? What surprised me most was that the receptionist refused to apologize. I was really disappointed with her attitude, and I won’t recommend this hotel to my family or anyone else.

I booked U Inn on Agoda well in advance and arrived at midnight, only to find it closed. The hotel wasn’t operating and there’d been no notice.

After a long journey, I arrived at U Inn Hotel to find it wasn’t operating. I’d already booked through Agoda, and nobody informed me. Very frustrating.

Hate finding out at 11 pm that there’s no water to take a bath.
