The location is good, and the hotel feels worth the price. The room and hotel were clean, but when I checked the bed carefully, there were several yellowish stains that looked like old urine marks. I asked the young receptionist to change the sheet, but she couldn't reach housekeeping. They'd already gone home, even though it was only 4:30 pm. She moved me to another room without apologizing. That room was cleaner and better, though the toilet had a strange smell.

I slept well here and everything was good 👍. Thanks to the front desk staff for letting me park my bike near the hotel. Their service was excellent.

For around RM 50-70, I wasn't expecting much, but the room turned out really nice. It's clean, new, and spacious. There was no hair dryer or disposable toiletries, but at this price I couldn't ask for more.

The toilet was reasonably clean, and there was a filtered water dispenser on every floor. The front desk lady was kind enough to give me a new pillow and bed cover, but the water heater didn't work. I'd booked a deluxe queen bedroom hoping to get a good rest in Muar, and I was terribly wrong. There was no WiFi, the room was disgusting, and I saw a cockroach crawling around, which I killed right away. It reeked of cigarette smoke, the walls had foot marks, and the ceiling was covered in mould. There was body hair from previous guests on the sheet, pillows and blanket, so I had to buy disinfectant spray at a nearby convenience store to 'clean' the bed.

I checked in at 2 pm and the room was ready, but the sheet, pillowcase and blanket cover hadn't been changed. They were dirty and smelly, with marks from the previous guest still visible. The receptionist moved me through two other rooms, but they were in the same condition. It makes me wonder if housekeeping was just being careless, or lazy.
