RM120 a night for a queen room, and it really didn’t feel worth it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, the facilities were poor, and there wasn’t even a phone in the room, just one outside. The toilet was dirty and the sheets were stained. The room also smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though I thought it was supposed to be non-smoking.

The counter service was excellent, and the room was clean. There’s no fridge, though, and the TV channels could use an upgrade. If you’re driving, note the basement entrance has a 1.8m height limit. Otherwise you’ll have to park on the roadside at your own expense.

It was easy to get around the city from this centrally located hotel. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. We’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay.

I paid extra for a river-view room on the fourth floor, and the view of the bridge into town made it worthwhile. The room was spacious and very clean, with a small dining table and chairs. It also had the basic hotel items like coffee, mineral water and toothbrushes. Great value for a budget-conscious traveler, and I’d highly recommend it.

The triple room fit the four of us nicely, and it was spacious, clean and well maintained. We slept well and had a restful night. The hotel is easy to spot just after crossing the bridge, right in the heart of town. Most popular spots, plenty of eateries and lots of banks are within walking distance.
