The room at MUO Boutique Hotel is on the small side, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The simple, clean, modern minimalist design felt fresh and well thought out. Most of all, I slept exceptionally well: the mattress and pillows felt genuinely premium, among the best I’ve had at a boutique hotel. It’s no surprise this place gets better sleep-related reviews than some larger hotels, even places like Traders. Comfort where it matters seemed to be a priority. It’s also easy to walk to two of Muar’s best-rated breakfast spots, Mee Bandung Abu Bakar Hanifah and Satay Warisan. Waking up and heading straight out to local food made the stay even better. MUO Boutique Hotel delivered the clean, modern, comfortable place to rest that it promises. For good sleep, convenience, and a no-frills but well-executed stay, it’s a solid choice in Muar.

Exploring Muar on foot was easy, with the riverside at Tanjung Emas, local food streets, shops, street art, and nearby malls all within walking distance. The location was one of the best things about our stay at Muo Boutique Hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful from check-in through check-out. The modern boutique feel came with a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a particularly comfortable bed and more than enough amenities for a pleasant stay. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and looked after. Muo Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations for comfort, cleanliness, service, and location. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

I loved how peaceful and private the spot felt, while still being close to everything. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and good local recommendations. MUO Boutique Hotel is beautifully designed and cozy, with a warm feel that made it feel like home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated in a modern style, a lovely place to unwind after a long day exploring. I had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We chose the window view. The room was small but enough for two young people, and the hotel was cute and calm. Even though it faces a busy road, there wasn’t any noise. It’s an easy walk to many attractions and gives you a quick tourist vibe.

The rooftop has a nice view, and I’d stay here again next time. It’s a nice, clean hotel with helpful, friendly people at the front desk. The location is fantastic, right next to the river and near food spots for otah, mee bandung, and wonton mee. Wetex shopping mall is also an easy 5-10 minute walk away.
