The location works if you're driving, with a Shell station nearby, but it isn't convenient for tourists on foot. Our family room was standard and the air conditioner filter was clean during our stay, though the smoke smell was bad. Service was below standard. We also found no toilet paper, so we had to buy some for RM 1 to RM 4, and the toilet had no seat, leaving it bare. The homestay's excuse for that felt rude. The TV channels weren't working.

We checked in late at night. A clean room with an okay bed, and a good place to sleep in a small village. There was no window.

The main thing missing in the room was toilet paper rolls. Still, the price is reasonable, especially compared with staying at a more expensive hotel in the National park, and it's not too far from Niah caves. There are restaurants and even a gym room near the building, and the hotel supplies hot water.
