The location worked well for me, right beside INTI International University. I was there for MUET papers, and there are plenty of restaurants and enough convenience stores for students or people staying briefly. The price is reasonable too. The room itself is spacious, with a rail for towels and shelves for bags, and the lighting is good, not dim like at many hotels. Bathroom was roomy and clean, beds and pillows were good. There was an unpleasant smell, though, which I think came from the old carpet outside the rooms. It needs replacing. Recommend.

The rooms are okay for what you pay, and the price is affordable for family members visiting INTI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY. You can ask for a hairdryer if you need one. For ironing, you have to go out to the common area, where there's an iron.

We spent one night at MTree Hotel and it was awful. The room was dirty, and there were bedbugs. We have video proof. When we told reception, the staff ignored us and didn't seem willing to help or do anything. The hygiene and unprofessional response left us very uncomfortable and disappointed. I can't recommend this hotel. Avoid it.

Everyone on the hotel staff was helpful, and Jack was especially good. He helped us with the room booking and our airport transfer to the hotel. Later, when I needed to buy medicine, he went out of his way to help me. I really appreciated his kindness and support.
