The room has lots of space, which I liked. I came with my family, and my nephew got locked inside a room. The staff were helpful and managed to open the door. I’m a morning person, luckily, because there’s a gym that plays music to wake you up.

The room was clean and the location was very good. But on my recent stay, the aircon wasn’t working because it was low on gas. I asked to change rooms, but nothing was done. The operator only provided two standing fans, which didn’t feel like good value for the RM158 per night I paid.

The place is beautiful, clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There aren’t many plugs, though. I had to switch off the TV to charge my phone. Also, I don’t know why, but my Maxis phone coverage dropped to zero inside the room.

The room was okay and the sheets were clean, but I thought the price was a bit high. They should include bathroom amenities and complimentary coffee or tea sachets in the room. Security gets a thumbs up.

The bathroom and mattress both smelled bad. The aircon wasn’t working, and there was no coffee, tea or mineral water.
