I booked through Agoda, but when I got there the place was closed and had moved without telling me. I had to find another hotel at the last minute, and wasted time traveling there with no advance notice. No Oyo anymore!

The towel was dirty, and the bed had whitish stains. It smelled bad.

They collect extra money at check-in. For example, the deluxe bedroom's actual price is RM69. I paid RM40 through the online promotion, then had to pay the hotel another RM29 directly. There's a note about the extra charge at the hotel entrance, but nothing about it on the online platform.

What's wrong with this inn? I called over and over and nobody answered. There are several numbers displayed, but none of them work. I got to the door and there was nobody there, and it was locked. Terrible, terrible, terrible! 😡
