The shower in every room was leaking, the TV didn't work, the Wi-Fi was down, and there was no electricity today. Please look into both these problems and the staff member on duty. The Indian man at the counter was very rude and used indecent words when speaking to women guests. He kept calling a guest on his phone, which was disturbing and annoying. He got the number from the check-in details. Please also check whether he was drinking or drunk while working. He said he was the owner of the hotel and gave his name as SIVA. Guests may make a police report about harassment and offences if staff behave this way.

I regret paying before checking the reviews. The receptionist suddenly started yelling aggressively for no reason, so I gave up on staying and looked for another hotel, losing the RM62 I'd paid. He seemed like he might be drunk, since he kept sleeping on the counter floor and became aggressive whenever someone came in to check in.

The person at reception was the rudest I've ever encountered. He was racist and spoke to guests without basic courtesy. He also pointed out other people's body odor, even though he himself had a noticeable smell. The whole interaction was upsetting, and I can't recommend the place. It felt like a waste of money.

We had a really bad experience. The water heater was broken, the cupboard was broken, and they didn't even provide the basic toothbrush and toothpaste I expected for RM70. The person at the counter spoke to us very rudely, and we were treated badly overall.

The receptionist was really rude and had terrible manners. Please take this as a warning, I wouldn't book here.
